Shipping & Returns


Getting your crystal babies to you is our top priority!  Although, we are a team of 3, we promise to get your order out within 3-5 days then USPS/UPS should get it to you within 3-5 days.  If the sales volume ends up getting too much for us to handle, we commit to keeping you updated and hiring additional help if needed.  Take advantage of our free standard shipping to U.S. on order over $40!

Damaged/lost items

As carefully as we try to package the items, we can't control how USPS/UPS handles the packages.  Please allow time for COVID-affected areas, as it can result in delayed shipping times due to shortage of employees.

For lost packages, please wait 14 days from the day the package is shipped since sometimes packages can get stuck at certain post offices.  If there is still no movement at that point, we can file a missing parcel search and then open a missing package claim.  Once the claim is approved, we will send you a full refund.  The reason we ask that you wait until the claim is approved, is because there have been a couple times where we refunded the customer and they also filed a claim, so they received the money twice, and leaving us without any way to get the insurance payment.

For damaged packages, please take pictures of everything and keep the box and all of the packaging.  You will have to navigate to the USPS website to file your damaged package claim.  The reason we do not file this claim for you is because you will have to take the package, packaging, and broken items to be inspected at your local post office.  We do use sustainable packaging peanuts and bubble wrap to mitigate the risk of your crystals getting damaged in transit. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges.  It would be extremely expensive to pay for shipping there and back and we cannot guarantee that the level of packaging would be as secure as when we send it out, and would be very sad if we were to receive broken crystals back.  However, in the event that there is something wrong with the order, please do reach out via email so we can remedy it within three days of delivery!

We unfortunately will not have the time to film each and every order being packed.  You can add a TikTok Order Packaging video to your order or place your order during an order packing live show to watch your order get packed in the moment!
